Project Engineer – Entry Level
Qualification and Experience:
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years experience.
Job Summary: Plan and manage construction projects like:
- Painting and wall covering.
- Waterproofing, and fireproofing
- Review contract drawings and specifications.
- Prepare schedule of values and control project financials.
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials and labor.
Estimators/Assistant Project Managers – Entry Level
- Estimate heavy engineering projects such as sewage treatment plants and nuclear power plants.
- Must be willing to undergo extensive training.
- Manage execution of contract.
- Coordinate and implement health and safety engineering practices in compliance with OSHA requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills are a requirement.
Superintendents – Junior / Entry Level
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to client service needed.
- Ability to establish and maintain comprehensive construction schedules.
- Must be willing to undergo extensive training.
- Associate degree in Civil Engineering is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills are a requirement.
