Training

At FCS, we believe strongly that training and preparation are the key components in achieving excellent project performance and long term success.

Our commitment to continued safety and management training for all employees is a great source of pride to us here at FCS.

Required Safety Training

We require a high level of Safety Training and Awareness for all of our fieldteam as a pre-requisite before they step foot on any project site.

Each year FCS mandates that all craftsmen attend an Annual Safety Awareness Day. This day long safety event includes courses such as:

  • Confined Space Training
  • Lead Awareness
  • Scaffold/Fall Protection/Ladder Safety
  • Aerial Lift Training
  • First-Aid Awareness
  • Hazard Communication
  • Respiratory Protection

Required Management Training

We believe that constructive and effective management is a requirement to make any project a success. For that reason all of our supervisors, foremen and craftsmen go through the following courses:

  • Supervisory Training Program Level 1
  • Supervisory Training Program Level 2
  • Project Management Program
